A Taste of Hinterland Brewery and Restaurant with Owner Bill Tressler

Some call it the road less traveled or maybe it's an uphill climb. I look at it as a journey that I set out on years ago. Similar to paddling a long stretch of river through the Wisconsin wilderness, we're never really sure what's around the next bend. It's been my mission to deliver only the best to those who have graced us with their patronage. In essence, Hinterland is a craft brewery hell bent on perfection and a couple of restaurants delivering a wild harvest to your plate. We hang our hat on preparing tasty, locally raised food alongside an artisinally made beer from our brewery. Cheers! – Bill Tressler
Bill will bring to us the unique flavors and stories from both his craft brewery with a sampling of some staples i.e. Pale Ale, Amber Ale, IPA and Luna Stout plus the brand new Saison and a real treat with their Bourbon Barrel Doppelbock. To top it off Hinterland will be bringing us some taste treats from their incredible restaurant.
