Ray's Keg Requests


Planning a party or stocking up for a gathering? Ray’s makes keg ordering easy. All keg requests must be placed at least 7 days in advance, since we don’t keep many kegs in house — each is ordered specifically for you. Short on time? Fill out the request form to check what we may already have on hand. Keg pumps and ice bucket tubs are available for rent, and while not every keg is guaranteed, our beer team will always do their best to source what you’re looking for.

How to Order a Keg

  • #1 Submit a Request

    Complete Ray’s keg request form with your desired beer, size, and pickup date.

  • #2 Confirmation

    Our beer team will review availability and confirm your order details.

  • #3 Payment

    You’ll receive an online invoice from Ray’s. Once paid, your keg order is placed with our provider.

  • #4 Pickup

    Pickup your keg during Ray’s business hours.

    Bring your ID (or notify us if someone else 21+ will pick up).

Advance Notice & Availability

All keg requests must be placed at least 7 days before pickup. Not all kegs are guaranteed to be in stock, but our beer
team will do their best to source what you’re looking for.

Pickup Details

Keg pickup will be at the Ray’s Wine & Spirits location you ordered from and confirmed with our beer team. Kegs must be picked up during Ray’s regular business hours.

Payment & Deposits

Kegs, pumps, and keg buckets require a refundable deposit. Keg buckets and pumps also have a $5 rental fee.

Keep your invoice confirmation for a smooth refund when equipment is returned.

Age Requirement

All keg orders require the purchaser to be 21+ with a valid
ID at pickup.

Another person may pick up the keg, but Ray’s must be notified in advance with that person’s name.

All pickups must be made by a 21+ adult with valid ID.

Keg Sizes

Please be aware not all breweries use all sizes of kegs. Upon your request, we will confirm keg size availability.
