Ahnapee Brewery Tap Takeover

“From the loose horses and fires, to the ice houses and fermentation vaults, Ahnapee Brewery owns an integral part of beer-making history in Wisconsin as far back as 1868.  Fast forward 150 years to find Ahnapee Brewery re-imagined by Head Brewer, Nick Calaway. True-to-style small craft batches of full-flavored beers are produced in the old Carnival Guernsey Dairy northwest of Algoma, and are served in a two-stall-garage-turned-tap room.”

Tap list for the eve:

Mosaic Craze - “A mosaic double dry hopped New England style IPA brimming with fruitfully juicy aromatics complimented with a slightly dry thirst -quenching finish.” Hazy IPA, 5% ABV

Raspberry Mechanic - “Raspberry Mechanic is bright, & slightly sweet to start, this gluten-free raspberry ale crafted with sorghum finishes refreshingly tart. Real Raspberry, really refreshing & gluten-free all wrapped up in one.” Gluten Free Fruit Ale, 5% ABV

Fun Guy - “An English Brown Ale with complex earthy malt notes which are complimented by Morels, Porcini, Lobster, Oyster and Boletes mushrooms. Serve Fun Guy at cellar temp (45-50F) to accentuate Mushroom complexity.” English Brown Ale, 5% ABV

Cherry Wood - “Cherry Wood is a soft and chewy Baltic Porter aged on in-house seasoned, kilned & toasted Door County cherry wood.  Enjoy the subtle chocolate and roast notes mingling with the cherry wood tannin’s and a slight cherry acidity on the finish.” Baltic Porter, 10% ABV
