"Clark and Barb Lewey founded Toppling Goliath Brewing Company in 2009 in beautiful Decorah, Iowa after a runway success in home brewing. In less than a decade, TG has become world-renown for IPAs and barrel-aged stouts and brews more than 30 beers."

Tap list for the eve:

King Sue - "This lusciously hazy double IPA gains its hints of mango, orange, and pineapple from the use of the delicious Citra hop." Double IPA, 7.8% ABV

Hopsmack - "Giant aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit jump from this enticingly complex double IPA. True to its name, this brew delivers a heavy smack of dry hops and a double dose of bitterness in the finish." Double IPA, 7.8% ABV

Galaxy Dry-Hopped Pseudo Sue - "Forged from the raw elements of the universe, this beer’s hoppy flavor comes from the celestial alignment of both Galaxy and Citra hops. Galaxy Dry Hopped Pseudo Sue dwarfs all other pale ales." Pale Ale, 6.2% ABV

Mornin' Latte - "This imperial coffee milk stout is brewed with lactose, cacao nibs and "aromatic" coffee." Imperial Milk Stout, 8.9% ABV

Pseudo Sue - "This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well-balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. She roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. Pseudo Sue's unique taste is clean and bright with just enough bite!" Pale Ale, 6.8% ABV

Mosaic Dry-Hop Pseudo Sue - "This double hop pale ale showcases the Citra and mosaic hop for a well-balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish.
