The Best Wines with BBQ: Dinner and Wine Pairings with Pitmaster Carl Albright

Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Malbec…these are all touted as great wines to serve with BBQ, and we are going to put that to the test by serving those classics as well as some other surprises (eight wines in total) alongside a BBQ dinner! This isn’t just your “average Joe” BBQ, as we’ll have beef brisket and pork butt with three different sauces served with beans and coleslaw all made by award-winning competitive BBQ pit master Carl Albright. Not only does Carl do competitive BBQing, but he’s also been selling wine for the last twenty years! You’ll leave the RAY-borhood with a full belly and some new favorite wines to pair with the rest of your summer grilling delights!
