Over the past thirty years, a host of producers invested in using new winemaking techniques, small oak barrels, and making world-class wines from the region’s traditional grape varieties. Hailing from arguably Italy’s greatest wine region, these modern Piedmontese wine producers have now risen to the global stage. Our Wine & Spirits Director Nate Norfolk and Advanced Sommelier Katie Espinosa will be on hand to facilitate this class which will showcase the wines of groundbreaking Piedmontese producers Renato Ratti and Pio Cesare.
