Wine & Chocolate Pairings with Tabal Chocolate

Dan Bieser from Tabal Chocolate is coming to Ray’s event space to present a variety of wine and chocolate pairings with our Wine & Spirits Director Nate Norfolk. Tabal Chocolate is organic certified, kosher certified, gluten-free, vegan, soy free and made from bean to bar in small batches using stone grinders. In 2017, they opened their first retail store on Harwood Avenue in Wauwatosa. We will explore how these fantastic chocolates pair with both sweet and dry wines.
