Rare Bourbons and Whiskeys
Blanton's Single-Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The Single-Barrel Bourbon that started it all! An incredibly rare treat from the Buffalo Trace distillery. A big dollop of vanilla cream, toasted corn, and sweet spices await you, bottled at a smooth 93 Proof.
Bond & Lillard Kentucky Straight Bourbon
An ultra-rare Bourbon aged for at least seven years and only released to eleven states, Bond & Lillard Bourbon clocks in at 100 Proof. Delicate notes of apricot and citrus lead off the front of the palate. In the mid-palate, the lighter fruit notes become overpowered by baking spice, caramelized sugar, and light seasoned oak notes.
Calumet Farm Kentucky Bourbon
From the farm which raised horses that have won eight Kentucky Derbies! Glowing with butterscotch and soft oak, Calumet’s harmonious perfection of wood and caramel is admirably balanced with complex flavors of light brown sugar and soft white pepper.
E.H Taylor Single-Barrel Bottled in Bond Rye Whiskey
Bottled at 100 Proof. From the Buffalo Trace distillery, dried fruit, black pepper, and touch of fresh dill, flavors both sweet and savory with a terrific balance of dark spices and subtle caramel overtones.
Iwai Tradition Japanese Whisky
This malt-driven spirit is truly a reflection of contemporary Japanese whisky. Incredibly balanced, soft and layered. A blend of sherry, bourbon and wine casks with delicate hints of peat make for a harmonious whisky.
J. Rieger & Co. Kansas City Whiskey
An amazing blend of Bourbon and Rye aged between seven and eleven years old, with a small amount of 15-year-old Oloroso Sherry added. Arguably the greatest craft spirit our staff has tasted in the last year. Incredibly soft with notes of caramel, sweet smoke, and subtle earthy and nutty flavors, bottled at 92 Proof.
Jefferson’s Reserve Groth Cask Finish
First aged six years in oak, then for another nine months in Groth Winery Cabernet Sauvignon casks from Napa, CA. Lots of grape tannins and dark cherries stand out among other flavors like cinnamon spice, with a notable kick of red pepper. It’s full-bodied and almost chewy on the palate, with a finish that’s long and dry with lingering notes of lush, red fruits.
Jefferson’s Reserve Ray’s Pick Single-Barrel Bourbon
From a Single-Barrel picked by Ray's staff, only 180 bottles of this luscious, smooth, complex whisky were made. Notes of apricot and cedar on the nose and the palate, this is the prefect crowd-pleasing intro to Single-Barrel Bourbon.
Knob Creek Limited Edition 2001 Batch #1 Bourbon
Complex oak and char notes with subtle vanilla and warm spice, this limited-edition from Batch #1 was released in late 2016, and is higher in sweet notes, vanilla and caramel than the later limited-edition Knob Creek 2001 batches that follow. Truly a rare whiskey!
Knob Creek Ray’s Single-Barrel Reserve 9-Year-Old Bourbon #2
This is one of the last of only 180 bottles that came from a 9-year-old Single-Barrel that we chose in 2015. A massive, rich, strong Bourbon bottled at 120 Proof. HEDONISTIC!
Nikka Pure Malt Japanese Whisky
A blended malt named in honor of Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky. He is the first Japanese chemist who mastered whisky-making in Scotland and produced the genuine whisky in Japan. Masataka learned that the natural resources surrounding a distillery were essential for quality whisky. Based on his thought, he selected two prefectures, Yoichi and Miyagikyo, and built a distilleries in each district. Its gentle malt flavor, fruitiness and extremely well-balanced taste make it a perfect entry point into the world of Nikka.
Old Ripy Kentucky Straight Bourbon
A blend of eight-twelve year old Kentucky Bourbons, only released to eleven states. In the glass, Old Ripy has a light amber coloring. The nose is sweet with orange cream and vanilla. It also has quite a nutty side, surprisingly so. An oaky note rounds out the scent.
Orphan Barrel “The Gifted Horse” American Whiskey
61% "Younger corn whiskey and Indiana bourbon whiskey" and 39% 17-year-old whiskey. Opening with baked apple, marzipan, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and oak, all wrapped up by a nice soft layer of caramel corn.
Russell’s Reserve 6-Year-Old Rye
One of the most under-rated rye whiskeys in America. Tons of cinnamon spice, rich smoky grain flavors, and a beautiful sweet-charged oak finish. Master distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell have over 90 years of experience between them, and it shows in this balanced rye from hand-selected barrels.
Stagg Jr Barrel Proof Bourbon
From a blend of Bourbons aged eight to nine years old. Rich, sweet chocolate and brown sugar flavors mingle in perfect balance with a bold, rye spiciness. The boundless finish lingers with hints of cherry, clove and smoke. Bottled at 132.1 Proof.
Suntory Toki Blended Japanese Whisky
A soft and mellow introduction to Japanese whisky. Flavors of apricot, toasted grains and lemongrass.

Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby 143 Limited Release Bourbon

Yellowstone Select Bourbon
Just released, the creation of this whiskey was orchestrated by Paul and Steve Beam, whose family has a long history of distilling whiskey. Soft for being 93 Proof, with flavors of hazelnuts, toffee, caramel and spice, combined with light notes of citrus peel, wood and vanilla. The dark-sweet and nutty character reminiscent of candied nuts and peanut brittle is experienced with every sip.
