Do you ship product?

Wisconsin Law prohibits the shipping of alcohol within Wisconsin as well as outside of Wisconsin.
If you order online and cannot pick the product up until your next adventure to Wisconsin, let us know! We are happy to hold your purchase.

Do you deliver?

Ray's does not deliver.

Can you find me a special request I have not found in store?

We’re at 7555 W.Mequon Road in Mequon, Wisconsin with ample parking (over 100 spots)—making it easy to stop in for a quick pick-up, orhang out to peruse the shelves, enjoy a glass of wine in the Delicatessen or attend a class or event.

What’s new at the Mequon store compared to Wauwatosa? 

  • Ray’s Delicatessen:A deli and charcuterie concept offering sandwiches, artisanal cheeses, and shareable bitesto enjoy in-house or takeaway—alongside a thoughtfully curated retail selection of gourmet provisions, pantry staples, and distinctive gifts to complement your table or your bottle.
  • Private Event Space: featuring a flexible event room with a 90-inch TV—ideal for morning meetings with Dark Matter coffee and breakfast bites, and just as perfect for seamless transitions into after-hours receptions complete with shareable meat and cheese boards. 
  • Expanded Experiences: Curated tastings, classes, and “RAY-borhood” events designed for groups, clubs, and communities. 

Will there be classes and tastings at Ray’s Mequon? 

Yes—our calendar will be packed with wine tastings, cocktail classes, beer events, and special evenings featuring winemakers, distillers, producers and importers. Whether you’re a casual sipper or collector, there’s something here for you.

Will my rewards points work at both locations? 

Yes! Your Ray’s Rewards loyalty points and perks will carry seamlessly between both locations as well as our online shop.

Do you have parking? 

We are as excited as you are to say Ray’s Mequon has ample parking (over 100 spots) and outdoor event space.

Can I stop in just for food and coffee? 

Of course! Ray’s Delicatessen features grab-and-go and made-to-order in house options.

Do gift cards work at both locations?

Are kids welcome in the deli and event space? 

They are welcome in the event space for private events only. All ticketed classes are 21+. Children must be attended by an adult at all times. Please note to enjoy food or beverages at the Delicatessen Bar you must be 21+.
