Whether you’re planning an intimate tasting with close friends or a larger, classroom-style gathering for your team, Ray’s offers customizable private events designed to bring people together over great drinks, great food, and an easygoing RAY-borhood vibe.
We host small private tastings starting at 6–8 guests all the way up to space for corporate meetings & trainings, client appreciation events, and post-holiday celebrations for groups of up to 50. From the format to the pours, our team works with you to curate an experience that fits your group, your budget, and your occasion.
We’ve teamed up with Bavette La Boucherie to offer a light catering menu that’s anything but ordinary, and our Ray’s wine, beer, and spirits specialists will help you build the perfect beverage lineup for your group.

Ray's Wine & Spirits Private Events
What does the rental rate include?

The rental rate includes use of the Mequon closed door event space for 3 hours. Seating is available for up to 40 and includes tables and chairs.
A private service bar and bartender are provided in the event room for events.

Rental pricing reflects a 3-hour rental period with a flat rental fee. This must include your set up and breakdown/packup. Additional time is available to book at a rate of $100 per hour.

Events over 20 guests will include one private bartender in the event space during beverage & service at your event.
Additional staff may be required for larger events and certain beverage packages that require more attention.
