The Ray-borhood is expanding to Mequon—and so is the party. Starting this November, host your next corporate meeting, team outing, private party, or celebration in our brand-new event space at Ray’s Mequon. 

Whether it’s a weekday lunch-and-learn or an evening celebration, we’ve got you covered with a private room featuring a large-screen TV, PA system, full AV setup, and your very own bartender. Step outside to enjoy our connected patio for a little fresh air and sunshine—yes, even during work hours. 

We’ve teamed up with Bavette La Boucherie to offer a light catering menu that’s anything but ordinary, and our Ray’s wine, beer, and spirits specialists will help you build the perfect beverage lineup for your group. 

Want to make it extra memorable? Add on a curated tasting or a cocktail-making class—led by our in-house experts who know how to mix education with a whole lot of fun.

What is the capacity of the event space?

  • Cocktail Style Event

    A mix of high-top tables and low table seated options.  

    Great for social gatherings, happy hours, open houses. 

  • Seated Event

    Low tables with seating for 40. Perfect for meetings, conferences or catered meals.

What does the rental rate include?

  • The rental rate includes use of the Mequon closed door event space for 3 hours. Seating is available for up to 40 and includes tables and chairs.

    A private service bar and bartender are provided in the event room for events.

  • Rental pricing reflects a 3-hour rental period with a flat rental fee. This must include your set up and breakdown/packup. Additional time is available to book at a rate of $100 per hour.

  • Events include one private bartender in the event space during beverage & service at your event.

    Additional staff may be required for larger events and certain beverage packages that require more attention.
