RENT OUR EVENT SPACE!

Ray's Event Space is across the hall from the Bar!

The Event Space is available for rental 7 days a week
Groups of 15 or more persons is considered a private event/rental
The Event Space can host up to 50 guests
All beverages, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, must be supplied through Ray's Bar and not via Ray’s Wine and Spirits
Please note food is allowed in, but we encourage light finger foods only as we do not have a kitchen; crockpots and/or other electric kitchen appliances must be limited to 2 at a time, Sterno heaters are preferred.
The Event Space has three TV's with cable, the ability to support Power Point presentations, play movies and access to play music from your phone
Please note decorations are allowed; however, using tape/adhesive on walls or the ceiling as well as the use of glitter is strictly prohibited
To rent the Event Space Monday through Thursday, the rental fee is $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum and includes two bartenders. There is no beverage minimum
To rent the Event Space Friday through Sunday, the rental fee is $250 per hour with a two-hour minimum and includes two bartenders. There is no beverage minimum
For parties of less than 15 guests, please call Sara to inquire about discounted rental fee pricing

To rent Ray’s Bar + Event Space Friday through Sunday, the rental fee is $250 per hour with a two hour minimum, as well as a $2,000 beverage minimum and includes two bartenders
Additional bartenders is a $75 per hour per bartender fee
