We’re thrilled to welcome Gus and Paulette Gamba back to Ray’s for a very special wine tasting celebrating one of Sonoma’s most beloved family-owned wineries. As owners of Gamba Family Vineyards, Gus and Paulette bring both heart and hands-on craftsmanship to every bottle—with Gus serving as the winery’s winemaker and Paulette deeply involved in shaping the family’s vision.

After more than a century of growing grapes for some of California’s most respected producers, the Gamba family launched their own winery in 2000. In the years since, they’ve become known for bold, expressive, Zinfandel-driven wines that capture both Sonoma’s character and the Gambas’ passion for rich, full-bodied reds. Their commitment to organic farming and sustainable practices remains central to everything they do.

This tasting is a true welcome-back for old friends of Ray’s. Gus and Paulette will guide guests through a curated lineup of Gamba wines while sharing stories of their vineyards, their family’s journey, and the philosophy behind their winemaking. It’s an intimate, tasting-driven evening designed for anyone who loves California wine, great storytelling, and the chance to connect directly with the people behind the bottle.
